• You must have authority to install and configure apps in your Slack workspace.
• You are responsible for report prompts, destinations, schedules, and output usage.
• You agree not to use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

Third-Party Services

The App depends on third-party services including Slack, Valyu, Vercel, and Redis infrastructure. Their availability and terms may affect service behavior.

Data and Security

You retain responsibility for data entered through your workspace and for controlling who can access channels and reports. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

Service Availability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including third-party dependency uptime.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Slack workspace. We may suspend access if misuse or security risk is detected.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
